The lessons are well run, lifeguards are attentive and well trained, facilities are clean. But the prices are too high. $6 per person PER hour means staying for the family swim time can run up to $24, and worse, when I bought a 10 visit punch, it wasn’t clear that this was a punch per hour. I guess they started it during Covid, but this is our first time going to the pool and we had no idea. When I asked if I could pay the difference between the 10 visit card (bought the day before) and the season pass, I was told nope, that I’d have to pay again. Frustrating and expensive. Other comparable local pools are $5-7 for 1.5-2 hours, or even for the day. (Bellevue, Mercer Island and Issaquah)

Inexpensive and plenty of families and kids, my kids had a blast. The shaded seating options and lounge chairs make this pool an enticing appeal above the traditional public pool.

Safe, consistent, friendly. Our kid grew there from a baby in arms, through the levels of swim lessons, to becoming an instructor and lifeguard.

If you have a child who cannot swim in the deep end, perhaps take your business elsewhere. While there is always room for those who know how to swim in the deep end it can get very crowded for those who can't, especially on a hot summer day. They do have a separate wading pool for the very young children but it fills up so quickly you should plan to arrive at LEAST 15 minutes beforehand. The parking can be difficult (usually there is never garage parking and I end up on the street and just walk in). The price seems a bit steep for the time you get. Ultimately if you are looking for a place with a pool and that your children will enjoy, this works they have a diving board for those who pass the swimming test to go into the deep end. If you don't have kids with you and just looking for a place to swim laps, this isn't for you, or at very least it is probably a last resort. Besides free swim I know they also have lessons which are very good, I suggest the early morning lessons because there are less people competing for parking.

They frequently have swim lessons so checking the schedule online for open swim is a must! It is paid entry for anyone who wants to swim. I have heard that every hour you have to get out to sign back in but I've not done open swim so if someone else can clarify, please do! The cost depends on if you pay per visit or if you get a multi pack (sorry of like a punch card system) for up to 10 visits at a time. You're best bet is going to the pool and asking for details or calling in and speaking to someone on the phone. They are all fantastic people who are happy to help how they can!
The pool is open to the public in the summer, so you could lifeguard then. Wave Aquatics has been renting out the pool space this year, which is why people have been swimming there.
No, there is an entry fee of about $6 for adults during open swims. Each open swim is about 90 minutes
Generally 5 to 10 min early should be sufficient. Allow some time for parking as well. Also check in advance whether the pool is booked for swim meet or not.
Yeah
