Took my bike in for a tune up and they hardly inspected anything. I noticed a loose spoke, dirty cassette and an old chain after my service. I figured they would inspect it when you pay $300 for a service, but I was wrong. Don’t waste your time and save your money Edit 7.26.22 I ended up taking my bike to Greg’s Cycles and for $300 I got a new chain, new cables, they took apart and cleaned the cassette, trued the wheels and checked the spokes. Overall a much better inspection and service.

Midge helped my fix my bicycle in time before STP. I came in the day before STP with a chain that got stuck due to a derailleur bracket being bend. Midge took the time to diagnose the issue and quickly gave a me set of options to get me back on the road again. During his diagnosis he discovered a series of issues that were missed by the previous mechanics that worked on my bicycle. Midge gave me several options, ranging from getting me back out there, to actually addressing all the uncovered issues. I opted for the latter and he quickly did a full tune up that improved the ride quality significantly. Multiple mechanics validated his work before the bike I left with the bike. 5 stars because: - Immediately helped me out while I was in time crunch (ride was only 12 hours away) - Give clear explanations why the bike was not shifting properly, and why the chain got stuck - Gave me several options to proceed - Explained his work, and why he made the choices he made. - Had his work validated by other mechanics I'm back on the road and the bike rides better than it has in a while.

I brought a new BmX bike to change the seat and adjust. This place is all show, not a real garage. First off the customer service was poor. Second, they had no parts to change the seat. Seriously, a 1 inch seat pipe with a swivel head. Took me 30 minutes to order and install it my self. Lastly, they did a terrible job adjusting the bike, the breaks went out after 2nd use. Somebody doesnt know how to tighten the break bolts, even thought its a BMX bike it has litteraly 3 screwes to tighten. Anyway, they charged me 130$ for nothing. A scam of a place.

Mitch in service was very helpful when I was in a pinch. I couldn’t find a specific bolt anywhere and other shops turned me away. He took the time to see what I was looking for and checked his supply. Sure enough he had it! I will definitely go back for my next service needs.

Most likely, they will do it while you wait. But it's best if you call and ask for scheduling
