Horrible if your kid gets sick your forced to reschedule during horrible hours. They also charge you for everything up front. When the pandemic hit they took my $100 deposit. I was hoping to finally use it and they just charge me more money. Never have a birthday party here.

It's very nice but no option on staying on the 1st room and skip the 2nd due to smaller kids. Also doesn't do lone riders, must be party's or isn't affordable.

I took my 3 and 1 1/2 year old daughters to the pre-k open jump, and it was great! Really appreciate that they have this option, especially for my youngest. We have a small bounce house at home but this was definitely a bit intimidating at first. Wish they had a few more options for the smaller kids but they both had a blast. The staff was great, very helpful and played with the kids. And of course the bubbles were a hit!

Pump it up is a great place for birthday parties. My son was invited for another boy's 7 year old party. Sign in is easy as it is conducted on iPads. We arrived early and spent time in their waiting room where they had a giant connect 4 game and a camera robot that can follow your movements and take pictures when you smile. A barcode allows you to have the pictures emailed to you. When the other guests arrived we started out in the first of two bouncy rooms. They do a great job of darkening the room with some neon lighting. This first room has traditional bouncy toys (slides, jumping area). The second room included little hand pumped guns which shot little ping pong balls. The boys enjoyed playing with these and had more space to run around with more structures to hide behind. At the end they took a group picture and then led us to the party room. The party room was pretty standard but would be very suitable for a large group of kids. The party was a hit and my son told me he had a lot of fun and wants to bring his younger brother.

Perhaps you did not call during business hours or the front desk had to deal with an emergency. After all...it is an intensity kids playground!
