Poor service and Rude. I went there only because they were listed as service warranty provider for my equipment. When I showed up asking for service, I was told from the guy that he "wasn't going to wait on hold with [the manufacturer]" so I had to call myself. So I went home, made the call to the manufacturer, explained to the service agent what happened. The agent, who was helpful, volunteered to call Yearsley's and get them the info they needed. I was on hold. The agent came back and said "Man, they were rude". Anyway, when I showed up a second time now that things were settled, it still wasn't smooth but I was able to get it done. But while I was at the counter, one of the repair man was ridiculing one of owners of the piece of equipment he was repairing, calling him stupid. I am sorry...but not within earshot of other customers. Just bad people.
