I liked the variety in the workout and having a trainer there to help correct me if I'm not performing a move correctly. Being able to see my heart rate / range on the monitor during the work out was a good motivator as well. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and the entire place was clean, well kept, and the equipment was all in great shape.

This is a great gym. Welcoming staff, clean workout floor and locker rooms. Patrons are friendly, no attitude or judgement.

Awesome workout, great coaches! You can go at your own pace, and modify exercises if needed. It seems like everyone is working hard, so it really pushes and motivates you to do the same. Everything is clean, and there are lockers to store your valuables while working out. There is always someone out at the front desk, which is great if you have questions, or are just thinking about joining. 8-11-21 So...I still agree with everything I said in my first post. I go about 4-5x/week... and all of the coaches are awesome! They are encouraging, and help motivate everyone, big time! The studio is clean, the bathrooms are clean. They have lockers available for your belongings (that are clean). The coaches are top of giving you disinfectant wipes to clean anything you have touched. The music is almost always on point! It might just depend on what type of music you like. It is loud, but if you have an issue with that, they provide earplugs. I've enjoyed my time there, and will continue to go for sure!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
