Emergency room was very busy but staff was very efficient and friendly and the nurses and doctor were amazing. They took great care of my son who was injured at work during an armed robbery. We are blessed to have them close by.

Was sent to the ER for a laceration to my hand and was told I HAD to be here to see a hand specialist to check on my hand. After waiting 7 hours (which I understand being busy as an ER) no hand specialist ever showed up and all they did was spend 20 minutes with me cleaning the would and putting 3 stitches in. Not to mention I wasn’t even put in a room. They did it in the waiting room for everyone to see. My insurance was billed twice for a total of $2500 and $1000 has fallen into me. The nurse could have easily told me when I first arrived that I’d just need stitches and send me on my way to some urgent care place who could have seen me sooner as well as been cheaper and even help them by giving them one less person to look at but instead I waited all night long for 3 stitches and a huge bill. Feel very disrespected and frustrated.

The Hospital is fine, but they have the very worst billing department! They DON'T work with your insurance company and we always end up paying way more than our annual co-insurance limit! And the surprise bills! I took my daughter in to their ER and we kept getting bill after bill! I paid them all, but a year later I get a letter from a collection agency for $38 that I never saw an Evergreen bill for! DON'T USE EVERGREEN UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAYING MORE THAN YOU HAVE TO!

Tried calling their billing phone number multiple times to be greeted with no response or unreasonable wait times. Left a voicemail and no call back either. My insurance claim was denied because they sent insufficient data to the insurance company and have been trying to reach evergreen with no success. There is no email/online form to reach out to them making it even more difficult to share my feedback with them. Just another hospital business run by corporate and give zero care about the patients. Bill was sent to claims and I still can’t reach this hospital. Fix it.

Emily I an so sorry about this one spoiled apple in Evergreen hospital. You could report directly to the patient care department. This department is real and tajes care of complaints. Please try before you condem the entire hospital. Thank you
Almost any where I have been. Not only here. They just come and check you then they go sometimes for an hour then they come back then leave you again for maybe another hour
You can contact someone from the administration office and they can assign you a new doctor.
Evergreen Health Care is a great place for you and your family's health.
You'd need the room #. Just call hospital operator and ask. It may even tell you in the robo- options at the beginning. Use your phone.
You could certainly contact the medical records department to have them pull or give you a copy of your patient chart. Or maybe you could try calling the Evergreen health line and maybe they can help you electronically pull up your chart and see if it is noted who the manufacturer of your shot was.
Go to the court house of the city you were born in. Mater of public records.
Unfortunately no. I went there myself for a dental emergency and they could only give me a list of places to call. Cost me 600 dollars
