I like the variety here and the grassy hills. The skate park is perfect for younger kids because their isn’t a bowl. Nice walking paths around, decent playground with basketball hoops, and a tennis court. I just didn’t see bathrooms or water fountains around

This is one of the fields my team played on in the PSSBL baseball league. The infield was all dirt, and the outfield was real grass. The dugouts were nice and there were plenty of bleachers for fans to sit on. It had a cool feel to play on because it is in the middle of downtown Kirkland, so there was plenty on people walking around and cars driving by.

Public park in downtown Kirkland; family friendly; no homeless encampments like in Seattle; convenient; well-maintained; thank you City of Kirkland 😄

I work with kids near here, so spend a lot of time in this park. There's a lot of wide open space, great hills, wonderful trees, a skate park and a really beautifully laid-out playground. The playground is very tall, though, which makes me a little anxious whioe watching over a handful of kids. Kids especially love the trees in the autumn - there's a particularly good one that creates the best kinds of piles of leaves!

The park itself is free, it has green spaces, a ball field, and a playground. Parking in the garage is free. If you want to go to the pool it's actually $5 per person.
They are allowed, I see many there. I think keeping them out of the ball park would be recommended, though.
