We did not make an appointment as it is a walk in location, but we got turned away a day before my boyfriend's flight. Was short staffed so they closed an hour early. Had to come the next morning the day of his flight, to get him tested. Flight schedules are very strict on covid so he had to get a test no later than 24 hours before his flight. Even then, after he got tested the day of, he was supposed to get the results in his email 1-3 hours after his test and he never got them. 11 hours later, he still did not get his results (when advertised 1-3 hours) and at that point he had long gone on his flight. Only good thing is that the gentleman who helped- volunteered his own number to make it so we would be able to get the test results as foreign numbers do not work for some reason, despite the location being advertised as being available for all (even travelers). We appreciate the help from that guy, unfortunately he was left alone despite being new. My boyfriend needed his test result but never got it. He could have been trapped in Washington state. If you're someone who needs a result for a flight: I would highly not recommend this location.

Been here twice this week. First brought a friend here to do the test and now getting tested myself. The wait is at least 3 hours. Seems like they have one or two people working at a time, so the process is very slow. They haven't figured out how to streamline it yet. If it's a business, they would fall over pretty quick. They need to have people at the cars registering while they wait because that take the longest. The test itself is very quick.

This place is an absolute disaster. If you have any other options, go somewhere else. Unfortunately my appointment was cancelled due to snow so I had no other options. In addition to wasting over an hour in line on two separate days only to be turned away HOURS before closing time both days, the person turning people away had the audacity to blame ME for not getting there right when they opened. Like I should somehow know that getting in line 5 hours before closing and getting to the driveway 3 hours until closing wasn't enough. These kinds of expectations should be clearly posted if you're going to hold clients to them. These people do not care about us, period.

We went here because my daughter needed a PCR test to return to work. We got the rapid test results within 1 hour. We were told we would get the PCR result in 72 hours. We never did. It’s now been 6 days and nothing. I called the location we tested at and their mailbox is full. I called the main number for the center for COVID control and the wait time is 200 minutes to talk to a representative. Save yourself and find a reputable place for results.
