I have found the officers in this police department to be very professional, helpful and more than polite. A neighbor of mine who's husband suffers from dementia had wandered down the street and would not return home. His wife called the Everett police for help and the officer spent over an hour talking to him and gently steered him back home. Anytime I have needed their help for even the most minor incidences like trespassers, they have treated my concerns as important and have given their full attention to me. One time they were looking for a suspect with the police K-9 and had to break our fence to get the dog through. The next day one of the officers on his free time came back and fixed it for us. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this police department. They really do put the community first in their actions.

Was tackled by an Everett PD Officer while waiting outside a relatives house for him to pick me up for dinner. Stated in court that I "Had a menacing look in my eyes", which is interesting since I was wearing sunglasses which he broke in tackling me. Record EVERYTHING with the Everett PD, as they will not hesitate to commit perjury.

Last night I drove a friend to the Everett Police Department to fill out a report as instructed by an officer regarding a crime that had been committed. Per instructions we went to the police department, and called for assistance as it was after hours so a report could be filed. After waiting for over and hour, and after 3 calls to them assuring that an officer would contact us, we finally left. NO one EVER called or responded. Thank God no one was trying to kill me!! About 10 officers drove by- cruising, but none could seem to hand us this report. There must have been a huge uprising in Everett last night is all I can say, as we are STILL waiting for a response. I called to complain this morning but the officer was very defensive and rude. Not sorry- no help.

I would highly doubt it. I would first get ahold of VRBO and advise them of this. Then call Everett Police and report it. Nothing may be done but it will be reported incase something comes of it down the line. May be smart to contact a lawyer pending on the response from VRBO

Most police don't ticket for expired tabs for up to 3 weeks after expiration. Also, it's such a minor offense that they won't go after a call for tabs.
Yes if you want them to leave the police will ask them to leave said premises. If they don't listen they could end up with a trespass charge.

You will most likely have to use the phone at front door which calls 911 dispatch and if it's non emergency please so state to dispatcher, inform them your at the police station and if a Sergent is available to meet you at the door, otherwise you will need to wait for normal business hours on Tuesday.
