This place is disgusting. My grandfather lives here and is dreading it. When you walk in it smells horrid. Not to mention it is DIRTY. Had high hopes when he moved in, after him living there for a year we are fed up. Horrible “customer service.” Also there is a fly infestation from OTHER apartments! They do nothing about any complaints!! Also the water is also DISGUSTING. Do not live here or out your elders here! It is an awful place!!

I am in the process of applying to move in and I am betting a lot of the older comments precede current management since I am having an excellent professional experience with the office staff. Pricing is very competitive IMO, great "open" amenities, nice views, stop reading this and come see it for yourself :-).

Great customer service and oriented, management staff. They always try to help residents and often go out of their way to do so. They genuinely are concerned about the health and well being of the building and its occupants. I've been a happy resident of 3 years with more to follow.

There is not Central A/C in the units, only in our main common area.
The property is Non smoking. We ask all residents to main a 25 foot distance from the building and common areas to smole,
This place works yet inproper guest are frowned upon. And will effect your stay. this is for you too know up front. It's not what you take from this place it's what you give with time. Ite got cool amenities food Bank moniterd parking. Aid and fire Department acess. Wheel chair access large birthday area bingo, board game day.pool tables dart board. So you don't have to be alone it's ok just be you
