Nice apartments with friendly neighbors. Management is very kind and communicative. They try to be inclusive with group activities and are very considerate of each other. The community rooms are clean and you can often find people socializing and watching sports in the lobby.

I have been a resident since March 2020 I have never felt more a part of a family than here. The MGMT Linda O'Riely is the most compassionate and professional woman I've ever met. She is considerate to eat Tennant situation and provides stress free comfort to the best of her ability. The neighbors are the most helpful and friendly I've ever had. I'm a single woman and 3 of my male neighbors went out of their way to help move a very heavy table to my apt and would not accept any kind of payment. Park Place is just a complex it's FAMILY ITS HOME I have no intention of moving I finally have the perfect apt thanks to Linda. A VERY GRATEFUL RESIDENT - KELLY GLEASON

Hi all!! I have lived at Park Place from the moment it opened..The people who live here are 55 and older in most cases..The owners and Management Team lead by Linda, our manager here are fantastic.. Always willing and able to work with and make all of us feel that we matter.. in fact we are family..

Extremely prejudice, and extremely rude to there younger tenants, I was living there and I got singled out on everything I did. The main manager Linda is the most rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. I paid my rent on time every month. They complained about me having company over,even though I had mabye company 2 times a week. Said I wasent allowed to have over night guest. I had family come down from out of state for the holidays and they were not even allowed to stay In My apartment. I would not recommend this apartment complex for anyone.
