I moved into the reserve around 5 years ago. It was advertised as a 55 plus apartment. Needly to say, this not the case. I ate the fact I am saying this, but people under 55 are moving in. There have been homeless people sleeping in the building. The lack of respect for people rights to privacy is disrespected. Trash left.in building. I even saw dog waste by the elevator and outside a tenant door. I just started the process of looking for a quieter and better street location.Do move here😟

Would not recommend. Unfortunately there is not even close to enough parking for the residents and definitely not for them to have guests. They tell residents to park across the street! Who wants their family members crossing Evergreen Way, day or night?!? It used to be a beautiful building, but the management is poor and it's gone downhill. They keep raising rents on those that are on fixed incomes and can barely afford it as it is. I could go on and on, but will leave it at this. If you are looking for a place for yourself or family members...keep looking.

I called trying to find a place to stay for my mother and I here at The Reserve at Everett. The woman I spoke to, whose name is Christine was so helpful and kind to me. She honestly went above and beyond to help me, such a sweet woman. I recommend these Apartments 100%!
