The apartments and community is pretty nice, management is pretty decent there have been some issues with the office being closed but I don't blame that on them. I would say just be aware of who you are moving in with if you're getting added on to a lease so you can get into the Resident portal on the in case someone didn't pay their portion. Make sure they make you coheads, and establish before hand either getting your own food or going half in and make sure everyone keeps up on it.

I have lived here 10 years. We have had at least 8 owners during that time. I occupy a bottom corner apartment. We have had at least 17 floodings from water backups; at least 5 were RAW SEWAGE. My carpet has NEVER been replaced. This is just the tip of the iceberg of problems and damaged we have experienced. The most recent owners have allowed a mutual termination of our lease. Graystar, the new owners, are polite and professional. I hope they stay for the benefit of the rest of the renters.

The experience I have at has been wonderful. From the beginning when Kesha the leasing manager was so very helpful and professional she answered all my questions and had great customer service making sure the apartment met our needs. She is why I moved into the apartments and continues to give great customer service. The company is so fortunate to have her on their team.

I like it here a lot & I'm happy they're getting the parking situation figured out & starting to tow people who's cars have been broken down sitting in visitors spots for weeks. The staff is attentive & the maintenance has been efficient every time I've had a problem. I would reccomend living here, these old reviews seem to be from when they were under poor management. Glad they're figuring it out to make residents happy! Cute apartments for the price too.
