The office management in the past were professional and respectful towards my grandma and I who used to lived here. Now things went downhill from safe community to broken car windows at resident parking lot daylight. My grandma car got broken in twice and the Mill Pointe did not do anything about it. I recommended to avoid sign a lease with them.

So first let me say I've been here through two property managers... and thank you to Eve and formerly Zoe for turning this place around! We moved in here just needing a place in a hurry during the pandemic, and while previous management got us in... it was seriously a nasty property where nothing ever got fixed... well thank you to new management it is finally looking like this place could be called a real home. Unfortunately many of the residents here are the definition of lease violations... but most are pretty nice and our property manager Eve is the absolute greatest property manager I have ever dealt with. She genuinely cares, and wants to help everyone. She tries to work with people to help them overcome hurdles in their way and has an awesome wealth of knowledge, she is seriously a blessing and I am so thankful I stayed here. She has done so much to try to change the property for the better, and it's really showing... blue line security however... not sure why HNN even thinks they are a good security source they full on never call back and if they do its hours after you call, absolute joke of a company. I am excited to see the love Eve gives to her residents, she has brought a breath of fresh air to the property. Cannot wait to see how much better this property gets under her leadership! So excited for the future! Thank you HNN for giving us a manager who cares about their residents!

I don't recommend! Had a horrible experience with management there. before moving from out of state.i was told I had an apartment here ( did application and paid fees), they denied my application bc my husband switch his job. Supposedly something to do with income limit. Odd enough he had the same pay??!?!! Management was Rude and unprofessional, wouldn't answer my questions as to the real reason she denied us. Apparently you can't switch Jobs and live here. Thank God i found a better place.

Do NOT consider living here ever. Management does not respond, maintenance can NOT fix anything on the first go. Our move in consisted of us arriving with a fully loaded truck and helpers. Only to be told our unit was not ready. They waited until AFTER we signed the lease to inform us. They had the nerve to ask if we could stay at our old place for another week, we could not. We were then given a horrible hotel room to stay. We lasted a night before we stayed with family. During this period we were given a garage to use indefinitely due to managements screw up. Well it was not indefinite. After 3 weeks we were locked out of the garage with no warning. Management refused to respond with a valid reason and after several days they opened the garage while I was at work leaving my belongings open for anyone to take. That’s not all. Our dryer had no knob. It took 18 months for them to replace it after using pliers finally took the metal Underneath off. Our dishwasher broke 3 times and instead of replacing it they kept rigging it. Our fridge leaked for weeks before we got the maintenance teams fridge instead of a new one. Missing a freezer shelf that maintenance never brought us. Our kitchen light went out multiple times. They would come and replace the bulb for it to burn out a few days later. Eventually we got a new LED light but they left gaping holes in the ceiling where the old light mounted. Weeks later maintenance came by to patch and paint and brought brown paint. Our paint was white. He put a good sized square on before he realized. No one ever came back to fix it. We had a constant smell of cigarettes on a non smoking property. Our upstairs neighbors smoked like a chimney and management never did anything to rectify. Half way through our time at Mill Pointe the management staff up and disappeared, leaving one ESL employee to manage the property. This is when all the junkies started changing outside our door and in the stairwell near us. The lady across the hall was clearly dealing drugs. We reported it and per usual management did nothing. During the heat wave last summer the home unit baked. When it got above 90 it remakes of cigarettes from the nicotine heating up on the walls. Now after moving from the hell hole that is Mill Pointe I am being charged for things that were “replaced” due to damage where none existed. Screw this place and the scammy company that supposedly manages it.
