They stole $200 from me after I cancelled my application. Shouldn't it be other way around so I can go apply somewhere else? The poor get poorer the rich go richer as long as they get their cut.

We love the property and have been living here almost for three years . Maintenance is so quick at our toilet and garbage disposal. I like these apartments because there is a swimming pool and in summer it is a great pastime for children.

I called this place and said they had a 2bd 2ba available I could look at. I drive an hour and I arrive for my appt. @1pm and nobody was there. I went to the sister property (Manor) down the street and said they could see me at 2pm. I got a bite to eat, went back to Axis @2pm nobody was there. I went back to (Manor) and said they couldn’t see me. They said I have to come back tomorrow, so I drove an hour back home. I then drove back to Axis and the police was there trying to find the mother of a 2yr old girl wandering the property so I waited. Around 2pm we see the apartment and he says that this apartment has already been applied to. So I was lied to the first time about it being available. I drove an hour there and back twice for no reason. The owner doesn’t care or has no idea what’s going on. The management is lying to people on the phone then not showing up for appointments.

It’s decent for an affordable apartment complex I had to move because me and my husband or over the income limit. The apartments are big and spacious I really like the kitchen the stainless steel appliances. The maintenance do a good job keeping the property clean despite residence not watching their kids and letting their kids make messes and not cleaning it up the maintenance is very fast at getting it cleaned up. This is a good place to be as long as you are following the rules I would prefer to not be next to the playground since it can get noisy over there with the kids and grown-ups at the smoke shack. When I had to pay rent late Jami the manager was always very understanding. The staff have always been really great with me and my disabled boys and I really appreciated that and I will miss this property!
