The maintenance super, Erick R., shows a lot of care and work ethic. He was quick to help me and my family out with multiple work orders and we really appreciate him for that. Past maintenance had been difficult to get done but it seems like it’s getting much better. The new staff really seems to care about residents.

I moved in April 21st! Shay and Stephanie the 2 Mgr’s have been great! Had a couple hic up’s with Dryer and a couple minor things! They fixed the problem ASAP! Eric Rodriguez the Maintenance guy is on top 🔝 of things! I’m glad I chose this Apartment living over down the street! Same pricing for Rent! But you can’t beat the people here or location and across from the Lake! Thank you Bluwater

My wife and I applied to live here but were denied. This was not bluwaters fault. A previous apartment company did not report the final payment that was made which I have receipts and proof of. But that is besides the point. We paid 700 dollars just to apply to live at Bluwater apartments. 100$ for background checks (50$ per person) and 600 in administer fees. They only refunded 200$ of the fees which is ridiculous because they did nothing at all for us. I would not apply to live here unless you want to get ripped off.

Super Christian Fun

I absolutely love this place. Everyone around here is so kind and considerate. Shay has always been upfront and honest about everything I would be paying for. Stephanie is always helpful even throughout my moving in process and that hasn’t changed since living here. The new maintenance have been responsive. Glad to see things improving. Keep up the great work!
