We have a rental property which Nathan maintains and does an excellent job. We have had other managers over the years and Nathan has gone the extra mile of meeting with us and reviewing property needs and needs of the renters. This has helped us to prioritize maintenance and costs along with making our renters happy. This level of coordination and flexibility has made things very easy for us. Nathan also is professional and is timely and detailed in his communication to us and most importantly is always available to answer questions and provide guidance when we need it. They don't allow pets at ANY of their locations and I tried to apply with a roommate. HomeRiver wouldn't even consider us because they had not rental history (lives with parents), even though we both had income 4x the rent. (3x is necessary to apply) Edit: I will not make any effort to reach out to this company, the first time dealing with them I was nearly homeless, I made this review after a second attempt at being a resident at the other properties, they wasted my time and still took my application money. Respectfully, screw them.

As an added feature you may enable the locator to automatically show the distance to a property from your current location. Once you find a property of interest you can see the property description, terms, amenities, photos, videos, qualifications to rent and contact information for the property manager by using the View Details button.
It depends on why you were evicted. There are other things that are used to qualify. You must have good credit and adequate income. You rental history must show on time payments and that you took care of the property.
Properties in this area accept State/Federal housing subsidy programs as a source of income.
Our general guidelines to qualify are that you have a legal and verifiable income of three times the monthly rent, two recent years of favorable rental references or ownership and at least two lines of positive credit established for one year with a creditor who reports to a credit agency. If you have an active mortgage on your credit report, that will be factored into your debt-to-income ratio for qualifying. Qualifications for each property are outlined in each listing on our website. Wage statements from your employer, signed tax returns, social security income, welfare assistance, retirement income, investment income, student loans and grants, Section 8 subsidies, and food stamps are examples of legal sources of income. Bank statements or balances in your account do not qualify for income purposes. Unverifiable income includes non-court ordered child support, business income without a tax return, and gift money.
