The staff was very helpful. The first specialist I worked with was very helpful in diagnosing the slowness of my machine. She showed me how to oil it, which took care of one problem. She then ordered a new foot pedal for me. The first one came, but was not correct. She sent it back and promptly ordered me another one, the entire process took less than 5 days. I'm happy to have Quality Sewing near me to take care of my 2 machines!

My dyson didn't have very good suction. I took it in, and they cleaned it all up, including removing so much human hair I was embarrassed. They told me what was wrong, gave me the part # and didn't charge me anything. I went online and ordered the part, took it and the vacuum back in and they fixed it fast and for a low cost. I will recommend Everett QS&V to anyone who is having issues with their vacuum.

I brought in my old sewing machine (25 y) for fixing up. The lady was very nice and found out what was wrong right away. There was no charge for the service. The store offers a variety of sewing products, also vacuum cleaners. Very good customer service.

Took my Vacuum cleaner to Quality Sewing & Vac. in Everett about 2 months ago. The staff were very friendly and caring. The technician explained everything to me before taking our Vacuum for repair. After I returned to pick up our Vacuum cleaner, I was surprised to hear that there was no charge for fixing it. The answer to me was that the technician had not put too much time for repairing it. These days you would hardly find repair shops like this. They are so honest and in the meantime very professional. I would definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

You might be able to do that with a low shank adapter. That should allow you to use the snap on feet from Janome with the adapter. You will have to try it and see. Hope that helps!
