The new payment or the renting cost is very high for the parents without good social security income or income it's a challenge

Nice looking place...there for an Estate Sale. Clean and tidy park. Did not like the fact that no parking was allowed in front of the Clunhouse...all empty spots with NO ESTATE SALE PARKING???

Best mobile community in our area. The park is very nicely maintained, but the inmates are what make the place so wonderful. The manager is sharp and very professional. She keeps things running smoothly and looking so nice. Her grounds grew is a talented bunch, as well. The whole place is cheerful and bright.

Reptiles are ALLOWED, along with cats and dogs under 25lbs i believe. Park went under new ownership a couple years ago or so, definitely want to check policy.

I am a 53 year old single woman and would like to buy a place in a 55 and older park! Will this place make exceptions?

Are there ever any rentals available, or is that against community bylaws? My husband and I are looking to rent in the area and he qualifies us for 55 and over lol. The park looks amazing and I know it has received good reviews. Thanks

I belive the lots are owned not leased. I know the last job i did in there(bath remodel) was a house bought for about 150k. There is management staff there during the day. All i know.
