Paid $15 for a number 1 only to get home to no fries. Only got a colder burger and a drink. Very poor service, waited over 15 minutes at drive thru and there was only one car in front of me.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! Thought we would try this location a second time after they "baffled" our order a week or so again. After writing to them direct about the order and the lack of any quality control, they promised to do right the next time we came in. Tonight we picked up our order, brought it home, found once again, that the main items we ordered were not even the correct meat! Drove back up there to get the correct order, the window manager stated that since the fries and and nuggets were correct, but now cold, they were not going to replace them, but did give us our Luke warm burgers we originally ordered. So over an hour later, and two melted frosties, cold French fries, we finally got to eat. Avoid this location if you expect your order to be correct or the fries to be hot and crispy. Corporate has been notified again. And do not trust them when they say the next meal is on them for their mistakes, they refuse to honor that as well.

Long wait in drive thru. My experience was bad. Main doors 🚪 were locked and I waited in a line for so long. They ended up telling me to go back to main doors. Mu time was waisted. I work for food delivery. Uber don't pay for wait time. I had to cancel this order and the person who was wait for their food had to wait for another person probably to stay in a line for long again. So it is not worth it.

I've been seeing that more often lately and not just there either... I'm seeing signs at McDonald's saying for at least a week that they're out of all sodas...and then taco bell just outright doesn't want to open on time, Ever...a lot of people are reliant on fast food since the pandemic, due to not wanting to risk going inside a store/building and exposing themselves to the public and possibly the Corona Virus...so come on fast food restaurants get your $#!+ together and do your job properly, respectfully, and responsibly...
