Ive been a resident here for over a year now and my family and I enjoy the layout of the apartment, price per square foot and location. Initially, we werent too impressed with the office staff. They were nice enough but not super responsive. A second staff member change resulted in poor communication and a misunderstanding over a rent increase. But the increase wasnt so much that it warranted a move, though we seriously considered it. Since the start of the pandemic there was another staff change and communication has improved drastically. Later in the pandemic we lost our jobs and werent able to pay rent on time. The property management communicated through email and while they were obligated by law to accommodate us, there is no law about being kind and tactful which they were. It was very refreshing to not have to deal with attitude or judgements and just work together to solve the problem. I am very thankful for their tact. Is the property perfect no. But I feel that this a failure of previous managers and it does seem like they are trying to improve things despite the pandemic. We will likely continue our residence here until we can buy a house. Thank you Harlene Court for a positive experience.

Not a good place to live anymore! Things don't get fixed, they tow your cars if the tags are 2 weeks past due, cost of 405 dollars just for the tow and one night of storage, with a notice put on your car that the wind blows off, and all they can say is ' well I can't help it if the wind blew it off", But yet we have to wait weeks and months to get anything fixed in this crime ridden place. I had someone try to get in my apartment 5 times, but they can't get the security doors fixed in less than a week, but they sure will tow your car in less than 5 days! They don't return phone calls, and if you have a day job, you can't use the pool or weight room because it's closed at 6pm due to vandalism, even though they have camera's everywhere around that area! I pay a lot of money to live here (1200 per month) and it sucks!
