This place is one of many apartments that Williams Investments owns. I live at The Marnice apt. I have to take my rent there for safety reasons,I believe. There seems to be a lot of employee turnover because every month I give my rent to a new person. My apartments don't have a manager and it shows, they really need a manager at the Marnice . They just increased the rent $200.00 at the Marnice apts. I'd guess they will or have already raised the rent at Shoreside village!

I have a family memeber tjat lives therr and i went to visit him, he had a 2 beddroom apartment and it was very nice. Each room had an equally spaced area and they had 1 bathroom, that bathroom was very nice it had a lot of sink counter space and a sufficient space shower/bathtub. It had a porch that is pretty big and you cam see the pond that is in the far back

Sadly, William's Investments, sucks. If you decide to rent from them beware and document everything. Keep all your receipts so you can get your deposits back. After I had my apartment professionally cleaned before I vacated - they tried to charge me a "$50 light cleaning fee". When I asked about it they said, "Oh we charge everyone that". Not in my contract! So I would say sleazy business tactics in my book. It took me 6 weeks and a "letter of Demand" to get my deposits back. The apartment (2 bedroom) is small - 845 (?) SF or thereabouts I am guessing. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors -especially in the bathroom. No W/D in apt. but there is a laundry facility on the lower level. Problem is the W/D and area is not very clean. Trash is a nightmare. There is one big trash container, it is not user friendly and it usually is overflowing by the weekend. They should really invest in concierge trash service to help alleviate this problem. Parking is a total nightmare. Green stickers stuck on car doors abound. Snowstorm - don't expect to get out unless you or the neighbors shovel a path for the car (s), They have been through 3 managers in 2 years. On a positive note, the lake is beautiful and maintenance person Andre was always very kind and helpful. It is close to schools, parks, fast foods, grocery shopping and public transportation.

I’ve lived at shoreside village going on a year now and previously lived at two other Williams investment properties before shoreside and have to say this is the best by far. Alex took over the property last summer and has done such an amazing job at cleaning up the property. She really cares about her job and the tenants. Andre is the maintenance man and he is always on top of any work orders we put in. If you want a great place to call home I would recommend shoreside.

There's a maintenance request link on the Williams investment page
It's right next to the office door, it's a little slot on the wall.
Yes they do. I have many section 8 clients living there.
Yes
I have not been in other apartments but I'm in a 3 bedroom and only one bathroom
