The two workers working were extraordinary! Very kind, helpful and apologetic But clearly very overwhelmed and under staffed. Wasn’t able to pick up my package on time bc of this. Wish they had more help/support !!

DO NOT take Amazon returns here! Thank goodness I saved my receipt. Went in today to inquire about why my return still didn’t get delivered to Amazon after 10 days. The first employee I talked too blamed it on Amazon until I questioned why UPS wasn’t showing my return ever being scanned. He checked the tracking number and it showed UPS never picking it up. The employee proceeded to check the whole store for my package. Then told me they couldn’t find it and that they’d give me a call as soon as they talk to the UPS person. Didn’t get a call back so I called just to get snapped at. Btw while I was in the store they had lost someone else’s package that was delivered on June 7th. It seems like a trend

I went a few months ago to drop off a package to return to Amazon. The woman scanned the label and said oh this is supposed to go to the post office not ups. She then put it in a pile of other boxes and said that usps comes by and will pick it up. I didn’t really think about it at the time and thought I had taken to the wrong place. I should have just said that I will just drop it off there myself. But I didn’t.I didn’t get a receipt of course. Well guess what? Amazon never got my package. I am out $400.00. I’m wondering if when they scan the label they can see what it was that I was returning. It was an expensive handbag. When amazon didn’t get it I looked at the label I had put on my package and it was clearly a ups label. I know she stole that handbag. I am so upset that I still have to pay for that handbag. It was something I bought on a whim and realized that I can really afford it so that is why I returned it. 😔

They scanned my return item but didn't give me a receipt or offer a receipt. I was in a hurry. Didn't think anything about it until Amazon said they did not receive my item. Make sure you get a receipt. Now, I am out $$$.
