Weird hours but an easy drop off. Never had a problem and will return with all of my Amazon returns and pre labeled packages.

4/26/22 Fixed. I ran across a driver in my area and he provided me with the direct telephone number for chehalis. Staff were sharp, helpful. I notified them of an incoming tracking number and they ensured it was delivered. Then the software pinged dispatch to confirm my address. After that, problem solved. FYI, I also went and requested local post office to confirm my address as UPS gets all such data from the USPS. Chehalis, 5 stars. Corporate, zero. Update: The canned response from ups was no surprise. Here we are 3 days later. The parcel is again, on hold in chehalis as they don't want to recognize my address. Insanity. UPS, you are pathetic. a new address for over a month and haven't received a single delivery. Every time a parcel goes out for delivery, someone "corrects", my zip code and shortly thereafter the parcel is returned as undeliverable. Made too many lengthy calls to ups to have it corrected, driving instructions added and gps coordinates as well. I've been assured yet again today, the address is locked and noone will be able to change the zip code anymore. I reside in a very small community with only one zip code. Get it together UPS.

We live in rural Lewis County. If you live in rural Lewis County, you know that brush grows there. Brush with branches. Grass with long stems and fuzzy tops. Various weeds that are annoying. I have a long driveway that I keep trimmed back but there are times the brush and overhanging branches seem to win the battle. I’m short, sometimes I just can’t reach the upper branches, it IS a battle. If UPS has their regular driver on duty, I get my packages. If UPS has a substitute or new driver, no such luck. Apparently, D2D stands for Department to Ditch, not door to door. Because that’s where I find my packages. When I point this out, I’m told I have brush and the driver will be penalized if the truck is scratched. I find this interesting as 1): I drive my TRUCK down the same driveway multiple times and it is not scratched, 2) their regular driver drives down the same driveway and is still working for them, so their truck is not scratched. What has become evident in the past, as I fished my husband’s heart monitor out of the ditch waaaaay past when it was supposed to have arrived, (and we had no idea why it wasn’t at our house?); is that the (sub?) drivers look for excuses not to deliver, especially if they are late and they might catch Hades for that. The heart monitor didn’t arrive because the driver tossed it into the soggy grass in the ditch and there it remained till my husband went to remove the plastic “litter” that was barely visible and found his long-missed, essential, medical supplies. More recently, I drove to the head of my driveway to see the UPS truck backing up into the county road and my next door neighbor’s driveway entrance. I made eye contact to see if he wanted me to stop(?), but he gave a small, dismissive, wave and avoided my eyes, so I thought he didn’t need me. I returned to find my neighbor telling me I had a package left in my driveway’s ditch, which was only visible from their side of the fence and which their horse would have drug into the pasture, if she hadn’t gotten there first. Conversation with their supposed Customer Service resulted in establishing my driveway had brush (no duh). FedEx, fortunately, delivers to me more than UPS. I fully intend to keep that trend growing. If you really need what you ordered, I advise you to specify you want FedEx to deliver because UPS (“Usual Poopy Service”) is unreliable and disinterested in providing the service you will pay for. Brown is an appropriate color for a cesspool level company.

I waited for an employee to drop off my package but had to leave before anyone came out to give me a tracking number, I left my package on the counter, completely sealed with label attached. Package took over a week to ship - I thought it had been stolen.
