I lived at Mayfair Gardens for 2 years; 2018 to 2020. My 1 bedroom was clean and spacious with large Closets and updated kitchen appliances and cabinets. The location is very convenient and the complex is landscaped nicely with peaceful common areas that are kept immaculately clean. The neighbors are friendly and their children well behaved and lovely. I think this complex Is good for families or singles. They allow pets and the pet owners are responsible to clean up after. Bags are provided by management. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The management is available and fair. The super - Jimmy is the best! He is always available to help, Repairs are done timely, and he keeps the tenants safe.

I lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. The apartment was updated, clean and spacious for the price. The grounds were always kept so nice, especially during the summer. The landscaping is beautiful! There is ample parking. Most importantly, Jimmy, who handles all the maintenance, and is your go to guy, is absolutely amazing. He is so responsive and always willing to help you with anything you may need. Theres never an issue that goes unnoticed. Highly Recommend

Jimmy is the best part of this complex. Quick to fix any issues and always with a great attitude. Complex is always clean and a lot of attention given to how the lawn looks.

Best Superintendent Jimmy in the house!! Super friendly & competent! Lived there for 2 yrs and enjoyed their well-maintained garden. Soundproofing can be an issue if you happen to live next to noisy neighbors.
