overall I'm feeling like this Center doesn't want to provide help to people in my age bracket or perhaps I just have out dated expectations. unlikely to return.

Easy parking, great place to ship a package or make copies, etc. Good selection of office supplies, shipping boxes, etc. Very clean and organized. It took a little longer than I'd hoped to complete my task (they were fairly busy at the time), but the employees were helpful and attentive.

Rude manager and deceptive communication/fees. I was shipping my laptop to a warranty service center who required FedEx. I brought my own bubble wrap and tape, ready to pack it well. I asked for a laptop box and least expensive shipping (they originally wanted to charge over $220 for express!). Cori said, "I want to let you know the packaging will be $24.xx." I thought it was odd that she was giving me a statement of understanding about a box. After I paid, I paused by their box display to snap a picture of my receipt. The laptop box said $18. I went back to ask why she charged me $24 and she said, that is for our packing services to ensure the laptop is packed properly. Beyond expressing disappointment in her lack of communication, I was reluctant to make a big deal so I left. But the lack of transparency didn't sit well with me so I promptly returned and asked to speak with the manager. I could immediately tell Cori (who was a trainee) was not the problem. The problem was management. I wish I got her name; she was rude and curt. She tried to tell me that I was paying to ensure the box was used correctly because it contains foam and then if something goes wrong it's not my fault. I said, "I can dismantle laptops, remove hard drives (which I did before shipping) and reassemble. I'm sure a box and foam would not be a challenge. I just want you to be transparent in your charges and not tell me the box is $24." "We said 'packaging'." Without asking, she then retrieved the box and started to cut it open so that I could repackage it. "Whoa. Wait a minute," I said, "It's not about the $5 or $6. It's not worth my time to repackage it now. The point is honesty and transparency." "Thanks for the feedback. Next time we'll say box and packaging." They intentionally obfuscate the fees with the word 'packaging,' which is a noun and verb.

I went here at 6pm and they close at 8. I felt very uncomfortable- this woman helped me when I walked in but continuously kept saying “I wanna go home”, “I just wanna go home”, “If this doesn’t work i’m leaving” . Very understandable if you were supposed to get off, but mind you, all I was doing was having her track my package... It just seemed very unprofessional and made me quite uncomfortable. The man she was training (I assume, he seemed very new and needed help) also seemed very uncomfortable with how she was coming across. Didn’t appreciate the large lack of customer service, I remained kind and understanding but it was just very weird to me to experience that.
