The leasing agents were very nice and helpful but the property has some issues. I moved in April and moved back out the same week, never actually staying there. My apartment had a huge roach problem which I could not live with. I was allowed to leave but I have yet to receive my full deposit back. I have left emails and played phone tag. I am hoping and expecting that the owners honor their promise to give my money back

Units are spacious and affordable. The properties are a bit older but as long as everything is clean, these unit can be a great home for many families. Nice, quiet and clean (with the exception of a few residents). Leasing office staff is friendly, fun, and always willing to help. I recommend this community all the time.

The customer service is exceptional. Michelle, Jasmine and another young lady (cannot remember her name) are always courteous and helpful. When I first moved in I had to call for several repairs and whenever I call they never make me feel like I'm being a pain.

I'm been there sens 2009 and I know 3 resident with almost 30 years leaving on the property and they feel safe and comfortable
