A cool and comfortable place to live. I will just like to suggest 2 things, i.e. 1. Replace the carpeting as it is old and very dirty, and 2. Replace all glass doors and windows with vacuumized glass doors and windows as this may save almost 70% energy cost and cut noise pollution. The cost of Replacement may be recovered within a year.

Rude employee. Stopped by today, woman in office rolling her eyes and throwing up her hands when we had a couple questions for an elderly parent. Woman didn't bother to come to door but had a resident tell us she was too busy when she was just sitting there when we walked in... residents were more helpful than the employee.

We are Meadows at Brier Creek. For some reason Google stopped putting our business name there and are using part of our email address for the name. We are trying to get that resolved. Ms. Rodgers, I will forward your address to the manager and ask her to send you an application. I would recommend calling in to speak with the manager to make sure that you meet the income restrictions.
When I applied it took me about 3 months to get mine not because of the property manager but the main office there is a waiting list but if the main office takes their time processing your information it takes longer than it should

Our 1 bedrooms are $755.00 a month. Our two bedrooms are $890 a month. We pay the water,sewer,and trash. There is a 300 dollar deposit for both one and two bedroom. There is a $25.00 application fee. Thanks for inquiring about the Meadows and we look forward to meeting you.
