I toured the facility multiple times. Jazmine was amazing and accommodating. However, I did not end up choosing the HUE mainly because I needed more space and some of the rooms I toured were outdated.

We had a great experience living at the Hue & we lived there for a little over 3 years! The location was perfect, you are right in the middle of a short walk to Fayetteville St or Glenwood Ave. We have seen a huge change in the quality of living once new management took over. The staff has been going above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome with resident breakfasts/dinners or spoiling our pets with special toy/treat days. I love that the Hue is so welcoming to everyone and their pets, they don't have any breed restrictions and that is not something you see especially in downtown apartments. The maintenance staff here is the best I have ever seen from an apartment complex. They are so friendly and quick to fixing everything! We have made life long friends with several residents here and we will forever remember our amazing downtown Raleigh living experience.
