Overall the building looks beautiful especially from the front office but the rest of the building has a musty smell and the carpets on the hallway are stained ,probably need a replacement or a deep cleaning

I want to thank the Marshall Park maintenance staff for their quick work on 9/6. My A/C unit was not cooling properly and thermostat was not working. Also, my garbage disposal was not working and the basin was filling up with water and not draining properly. I sent the request in on 9/5 with high urgency and planned to take my little boxer to my sister’s house on the morning of 9/6, so the unit would be cleared for the technicians to work unimpeded. I had a long day at work because I had to take inventory; but, to my surprise when I got home after picking up the dog at 11PM, my unit was cool again and the garbage disposal worked! I was so thankful that Marshall Park maintenance had gotten everything done that day. Thanks guys for the ‘white glove’ service. You really went above and beyond getting things done right and quickly and I really appreciated that. Best regards, Charlie Unit #173

I’ve lived here since they opened in 2015. I love the community. It’s safe. Apartments are top notch. Great location! And I love the staff! Meg, Candice, and Bree are very easy to work with. Also maintenance is super fast and cool. I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else.

I’ve been living here for over 5 years now and Marshall Park has truly come to feel like home. The Location (15min to anywhere in Raleigh), amenities, greenery of the surroundings, front office team, and lets not forget maintenance crew are all great. They all get to know you personally and it feels like speaking to neighbors when passing in the hallway or taking care of upkeep. Honestly, if I could buy and own my place here as a Condo, I would in an instant. Highly recommended.

We offer VIP Parking spaces that are located in the parking garage that can be rented on a monthly basis for $45-$55 per month.
Residents can submit service requests online through their resident portal account. They can also call or email our leasing office to submit one. We have 24-hour onsite maintenance (but please note, after hours and weekend call outs are for emergencies only).
Appointments preferred (but not required) and a valid Driver's license/or photo ID is required to tour.
No deposit, but a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 (for a 1st pet) and an additional $100 pet fee for a 2nd pet) is required. As well as monthly pet rent of $20/month for dogs and cats.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance.
Income requirements are 2.75 times the monthly rent (further details are outlined on the rental criteria form as well).
