The third time in the past week I’ve had to park at a parking garage a quarter mile away from my apartment because there is NO parking spots available. They will say to buy a pass to the parking garage but even that is not close to my apartment. They 100% did not make enough parking for the apartment complex and it is terrible.The parking garage “Directly across from the community” is not close and you can’t park on the first level.

This apartment complex insists on completing lawn work outside of regular business hours and even on weekends. Trucks will also dock and unload during AM hours and this has happened on numerous occasions to the point where my friends & family members who stay over have complained. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes before so I know that this is not normal and I already complained to management verbally but it hasn’t done much. I also received my apartment with a leaking fridge that has made the floorboards perpetually sticky for the last four months and was forced to deal with an extremely rude maintenance man to try and resolve this. On top of this, the electricity sporadically goes out and they do not send us any emails notifying us of the situation or an ETA for the power to come back. So you essentially show up to the complex after being out to a scene from the Conjuring. But thankfully, they always send us eblasts about the Sojourn pool parties and raffles. My roommate was stuck on the second level parking deck when she tried to flee the power outage because they forgot to open the top gates, and had a mini panic attack because her car was stuck on an incline. I would not recommend this apartment complex to honestly anybody.

Almost rented this place, says luxury but it's garbage. Glad I dodged a bullet, always believe the reviews they are not lying.

The apartments themselves are nice but I was not happy with neighbors in this complex or multiple conversations with front office. They will certainly not try to help you financially in any way possible, so read that leasing agreement carefully.
