I dropped my son off at 8am and was told that I am not allowed to pack him an allergy friendly, healthy lunch with fresh fruit and vegetables. I was told he must eat sloppy joe instead. He did not eat it since he does not like it. Apparently primrose has an “eat or starve” mentality with these kids. I don’t know how this is even legal. I was told he ate a piece of the sloppy joe bun and some apple sauce for lunch, instead of the healthy lunch I packed him. I was told he wasn’t allowed to eat a healthy allergy friendly lunch because it would make the other kids jealous. They told me not to worry about him not eating lunch because he would be offered a snack. Crackers. So from 8am-4 he had a piece of bun, applesauce, and crackers. They preach healthy well rounded meals. What I packed him was healthy and well rounded. What they fed him was not ok. I picked up my baby and he was starving. He said “I think they forgot to feed me”. I discussed this with the director and was told too bad this is the policy. Never in my life have I heard of this.

I wanted to share how wonderful Miss. Tia has been to our son in the toddler classroom. He just started in March and has acclimated so well. He was scared and nervous but she welcomed him with open arms and made him feel at ease. She is wonderful to the kiddos and treats them so kind. She has gone above and beyond to talk to both my husband and I, make sure we are in-the-know, on how how he is progressing and even went out of her way to gift the kiddos with easter bags and books. Our son is changing classrooms soon and we will 100% miss this classroom and the toddler teachers. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!

As an educator who worked here over a year I can say the teachers here are incredible and care about your children. The management is unprofessional and the owner only sees monetary value in the kids attending her school. The rate the teachers are paid and the parents get charged is shady. They do not care about staffing problem and turnover rate. If they did, they would compensate the teachers who stay better and invest in the staff they have. Management spends more time talking about the staff and parents than doing productive work. Wipe out the whole management team and see if teachers decide to stay then. None of the management/owner at this facility take covid seriously but they are great at making you think they care. They cut corners, they feed your kids scraps, they talk poorly about you, your child, and the staff. Although Primrose is a great educational program, I would take your children to another location that cares about your family.

This school, like all the others in the area, have had its challenges over the last year and a half dealing with Covid. I don't think our kids could be at a better locations that puts the kids health first. Ashley, the owner, has been very forthcoming with communication and I feel she has been transparent while navigating this crazy time. The teachers are top notch and love all their kiddos more than words can say. Due to many changes at our home, our son had some behavioral issues come up. His teachers communicated with us, we game planned together and thankfully because of all of our dedication he moved passed it! We love this school!
