My best friend is so Blessed to have found such a great community!! He will be a new resident, but I have been lucky to tag along with him during the whole process! Shante in the front office is AMAZING!! She has guided us every step of the way and truly cares about the residents! We stopped by to see the apartment, and she greeted so many people by name and with a smile as they entered. I knew then this was going to be a great place! So welcoming, great location, so diverse, and lots of great amenities! This place is definitely a hidden gem! Thank you Shante for going above and beyond and making this Rental experience a great one!

This is one the most amazing apartment communities that I have visited in Raleigh. It is tucked away and yet still close to Crabtree Valley Mall. The pool area is amazing and very inviting, the landscaping is neat and appealing. Walking thru the building made feel like I was in a much larger city, I did not realize that we had apartment buildings like this in Raleigh. Inside is very clean and neat, there is an awesome fitness room, free coffee - just bring your own mug, great party room and....and I know just a big of a pause...the staff are absolutely the best - - I have not visited an apartment community with friendlier and more helpful staff. Shante (Assistant Property Manager), was the best...very friendly, helpful and quickly made a personal connection with me. Definitely, a place to check out.

I have been at Sterling Glenwood almost a year. I appreciate the staff Kimberly, the Manager has put together. I especially want to thank the Assistant Manager, Shante Henderson. She has always gone out of her way to help me! I just renewed my lease!

Good afternoon seekers. First in; furthermore glenwood at sterling has been so far a great experience. I have been here for over three months and it’s quite and everyone is off to themselves. The pool has been great especially for the kids in the salt water is a different experience, and probably healthier. There is never a dual moment here always have plenty of events to accommodate everyone. The food truck selections has been interesting in convenient if you don’t feel like cooking. Close to the mall and north hills plaza, and downtown Raleigh.Overall it has just been a great experience. The sterling team has always been helpful and very friendly. Also shout out to Shante who has been great, very pleasant and always helpful. She reply’s to my emails every time and always gives a helping hand if she can and resources. Great job team sterling keep up the great work. Thanks Latanya
