Extremely slow even though there were very few patients. Doctor and nurse acted as if they’d never had a Covid patient. Once the found out I had Covid they became hysterical. They came back an hour later wearing protective gear. Then took several hours to test my daughter even though it was started on her paperwork that she was there to be tested. They referred me to the ER. I went to Sibley where they actually asked why I was in their ER. The step the doctor and nurse missed at Providence. When I told the triage nurse why I was there she had not frantic reaction. None of the staff at Sibley reacted negatively to my diagnosis. My doctor there was very professional and only wore her mask and gloves. Providence staff made me feel like I had the plague and that’s no way to treat a patient Dr. Bullock. Also we could hear everything you were saying even though you closed the door

It’s a shame that this hospital is closed now. I received the best treatment. I Was comfortable with the people who worked there. A very trustworthy hospital.
