What’s the average age of current residents? Was looking into apartments but was told it used to be a retirement community recently.

I'm not sure of the average age, but I can tell you it's a diverse community. We have residents in college all the way to retired residents. I have lived here for over 5 years. I can tell you location is great. There's no carpet in my apartment, and that I love. Nicole, the property manager, makes every effort to ensure you are happy.

There is a good mix of young, middle age and older residents. I just moved here about a month ago and I was wondering the same. I'm from Raleigh so I remember when it was a retirement community. I'm 44 and have had no problems meeting the younger and older residents. I actually like having the older residents here..they keep everything in order!
