Do not move here .they will take your money. The process of moving in is so easy. you think you got a good deal but then they stop answering your phone call , your emails and etc . they don’t fix nothing.

Have ask them to come fix things in the apartments and email them and no one replies these apartments are to cost to much and report leak and the stove broke and need screens on window people in the office sit there all day but will not replies to email these problems been going on for weeks so please don't rent here

Please do not under any circumstances move here. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and the number of problems I have had are insane. I have tons of pictures of the trash over flowing into the parking lot… my vent leaks after every rain( that’s been for 3 years now). Even though this is not even half the issues I’ve had, the most upsetting in that on 2 separate occasions my door has been left unlocked by maintenance or the leasing office or whoever. Not to mention this last time the people changed the documented entry time on my form as if I wouldn’t be able to tell, completely made a mess in my childrens room which includes leaving bust from the drilled holes all in my sons crib and pulling everything out of the closet. I also have video evidence of someone from maintenance entering my apartment without request, notice or documentation that they were in there… all of these things have been brought up to the leasing office and all that’s been said was sorry… so again I say, please don’t move here. I’m posting here since any other form of communication does not get a response and the leasing office does not answer the phone.

This review is not sparked by anger but it’s by true experience. Recently my wife and I moved from DC looking for a place to call home. We found Arbor Creek thinking that we found a nice to place to live with friendly staff. This is not my testimony today… Upon move in our home was still dirty, roaches in the lights, and all kind of issues with the home. I reached out to the community manager Eric and he did nothing about it. One of the staff members when I see them in the community stated “If you have a work order just let maintenance know when you see them” I’ve informed them several times of issues and they state to me “I’ll put a work order in for you” and it was never done. Now that my wife and I are are ready to move it seems they want to bum rush our home to do work orders. The staff is very unprofessional, the maintenance lacks the skill set, the Manager just don’t care because he’s here for a paycheck only. I’ve requested Corporates info to Contact them and have been denied twice. DON’T MOVE HERE ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Only thing good is the landscaping.
