The whole staff seems like a pleasure to work with, but on this day, I interacted with Doug. And he is amazing!!! Excellently detail-oriented, efficient and upbeat. Even caught something that was missing and helped with that too.

DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES HERE! They have short business hours (10-5) so UPS struggles to deliver here and this will severely delay your delivery. Also, this store charges a fee of $5 per package, then as additional $10 per package, per day, AFTER postage already paid for just to pick up your package. When I asked an employee about these surprise fees, they said, “it’s on our website”. What??? The real kicker…they’re only open a few hours per day. That seems to work out really well for their $10 per day charge, not so well for your sanity or your packages.

Had a package to ship. Turns out the one closest to me was closed early too, but that’s a story for a different review. Google maps said this one was open, so I went. Giant sign over the door that says “we’re open for you!”. Ironic. Hours sign said that they’re supposed to close at 7pm. The current time was roughly 5pm. Door was locked and the security fence was up and no employees were present. There was no sign posted at all saying they were closed or “we’re closing early, be back tomorrow at XYZ time. Sorry for the inconvenience!” or anything like that. I do understand that stuff happens and staffing situations deteriorate sometimes, but I just think it’s a tad unprofessional to advertise certain business hours, close before those hours are up, and make no effort to correct/update those hours and let the public know about the change. I know for a fact that business owners can edit Google maps business hours and such very easily, and I also know that a paper sign written in sharpie taped to the glass is quick and easy to make. Two things that probably wouldn’t have even taken them a total of 5 minutes and would have saved multiple paying customers some annoyance/inconvenience/wasted fuel, and yet they didn’t bother. Just seems lazy and unprofessional in my opinion.

Lack of communication from employees and insignificant care for customers leading to 9 packages being lost. I am moving accross the country and needed 90% of my personals shipped to me with a delayed start time. Two sehome employees ensured that I would be able to do so, however left before I was able to complete my mail out. Which lead to another employee sending all of my packages weeks earlier than I requested. UPS customer service was very unfriendly and unempathetic to help me. Ended up wasting 400$ in shipping money to have them returned to sender and reshipped out. Planning to use FedEx or USPS. I highly recommend that you choose another shipping service. I wish I had taken names of everyone but overall after 4 phone calls and many visits to the UPS office. Update: Thank you to Alex at Bellingham Sehome for reaching out to resolve my case. It is good to know that there are still some UPS employees that care for their customers... Update: Alex manage to navigate all 9 of my packages. Sadly, I learned that he is no longer at this location and I am STILL missing one of my large boxes for over a month... During this huge mess, I have shipped nearly twice as much freight though USPS and FedEx with no complications, no attitudes.

Yup, Excluding major holidays
Not at the UPS Store. The USPS does, and so does walgreens. We did my son's at the post office on Prospect, hope this helps.
