For starters, I’ve been collecting this information since March 2020. I want to stress that the office is Absolutely Terrible at answering the phone, I’ve noticed they’ve tried to get better at it though. Something that stood out to me were the Stairwells in Each building. People genuinely don’t care if their area is dirty and don’t pick up after themselves. Building E was the cleanest building. (We lived there) and we had the best neighbors. We wanted to move from the fourth floor to the first and the stairwells in in the building in front of us was embarrassingly dirty. I do believe Highgrove should pick up, but it’s also important people maintain what Highgrove does. Maintenance requests were slow, but they have a new team and have picked up the pace. Our favorite Maitnance guy is Victor! He solves everything so quick and is very caring. I do remember putting in two or three requests on our toilet…. And on move out date it was yet to function properly. They had a terrible maintenance team before. I gave up on requesting Maitnance for the toilet. I whole heartedly LOVE all activities that they do for kids and family in general. (Easter egg hunt, Christmas raffles(I won a fire stick),Halloween activities, pet of the month, etc. Lots of homeless outside the area. One day Highgrove was repaving and made us park out front on airport rode which was a hassle, but understandable. I remember parking my car and getting out and a man walking his big dog said “You need to be careful since I’m a woman and that to watch for needles on the ground”….. that stayed with me since we’re not originally from WA. The garbage and everything in front of the community is gross. BUT they are trying to get better with it! I noticed that before leaving!! The garbage is ridiculous (Before going up the hill in the main entrance). I Loved all the natural lighting our apartment had. It helped big time when it came to saving on the light bill. The biggest down fall of all the light coming in is only during the heat waves or summer months. Apartments reach nearly 95 degrees especially fourth floor (like our old apt). Something else that stood out to me is kids playing at 8:30pm (that’s late) so they’re screaming back and forth. I guess I never really noticed until I had a baby myself and they would constantly wake the baby up. Fairly close to base… if you’re in the military Back in 2021 There was a fire in building D. Very unfortunate and I hope everybody was okay, but the bell to notify the building didn’t go off (I was in the building across which is building E). How would people have evacuated the building if that bell didn’t go off? What was even more shocking is a week or two before that “they were doing Maitnance” to the fire alarm systems. I believe it’s pricey ( for the location it’s in) nothing special about the location… especially with all the thieves and homeless, but again… I noticed they’re trying to get better. We love that it was so close to Close to I5 and to Target (my favorite). I Honestly don’t remember if we were charged to have the apt cleaned when moving in, but honestly it wasn’t clean. I found dog food in the pantry in crevices. I believe they can do a better cleaning job. I deep cleaned either way. Lots of trash issues… they charged more to have it picked up more often I believe. Something that’s upsetting is I honestly don’t think there’s guest parking. Luckily we never had much guest over in the years we lived there. I really loved hailee by the way!!!! She’s the best in that office!!!!!!! HANDS DOWN! I feel like a lot of the time the others in the office were not caring for our concerns. The apt we had 1bd 1bathroom was so spacious, I loved that. Even had storage on the balcony! Can’t find that everywhere. I don’t understand why but there was a disgusting cigarette smell in our closet (we don’t smoke at all)!!!!!

Our experience with Highgrove has been good overall. We've been here a year now. Although the location isn't great, the staff has been wonderful in addressing our service requests, overall great customer service from office and maintenance staff. The apartment itself is spacious, no complaints. We've been lucky to have respectful neighbors.

Nice enough considering it’s just off of US-99. The office staff is friendly and can be in incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful but not punctual nor do they have attention to detail. The real issue with is when you choose to move out. They staff doesn’t abide by their own lease agreements. Our apartment was cleaned thoroughly and we even spackled the walls to fill holes from pictures hanging on the wall. We were charged $8,000 dollars upon moving out. Posting photos from the condition of our move out.

The apartments are well maintained and the staff are friendly. $1400 for a 2 bedroom just shy if 1000sq ft is the best deal around. The only real issue is parking. It's really tough to find a permit spot after 9pm but then again it's like that all of the other nearby complexes as well. Recently they have added an Amazon locker to pick up your packages which is really convenient, no more waiting for office hours to pick up your package. You just get a text sent to you when you have something waiting. Best pool area around and cleanest, my kid loves it. There are two playgrounds and a small dog park as well.

Bad credit yes, not sure about evictions......I had to sell my house of 12 years to buy out my ex wife, who destroyed my credit, and my new wife and I had to settle for an apartment until my credit is straightened up.

Depends on your rental history and credit. It could be as little as $200-500 or equivalent to your rent.
