We had a great time. The kids loved the pools and the slides. I liked that there was lots of seats with umbrellas and shade around the pool. Ping pong, golf, basketball and Cornhole by the way nice if you want a break from swimming. I loved the poolside bar and restaurant. They have happy hour😊. The rooms were clean and roomy. The complimentary breakfast was nice too.

I can’t believe this place has any positive reviews. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Impossible to find a luggage cart, and no one from staff was available to help us find one. Request for conjoining rooms not honored. NO HOUSEKEEPING! Yes, you pay THAT MUCH money for a resort and they don’t do housekeeping. Parking and resort fees are crazy on top of already expensive hotel. Worst water pressure I’ve ever felt. I don’t think I was able to every fully get the shampoo out of my kids hair. Using ART system to get to the park can take up to an hour if you hit it at the wrong time. You have to use a different key for room, elevator, parking garage, AND wristbands for pool. LOL try keeping track of all those. Rooms seem MUCH bigger in pictures. Not a good experience at all. Would not stay again, would not recommend. Definitely will save the money next time and stay at another hotel that is probably just as nice!

This hotel was above our expectations! We had nothing but a positive experience. Front desk was always so friendly and helpful, hotel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable (minus the pull out couch, but my kids didn’t complain, an adult it would be uncomfortable though) the free breakfast buffet was delicious, and my kids LOVED the water area- slides (Although if the ones that are too small could Lap ride with an adult that would have been perfect), splash pad area, small wading pool, and large deep pool, and the water was a nice warm temperature. The fitness room was well equipped and always clean. They had a fun sports area with ping pong, putting green, and basketball that my kids thought was fun. Hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff. In close proximity to restaurants and gas stations. It is a bit of a walk (about 20 min) to Disneyland, but my family and 4 young kids (4-10) did it just fine. Will definitely be coming back when we decide to do another Disney vacation!

Oh my goodness this hotel is awesome. It is so quiet and definitely family friendly. Their breakfast is huge. Mario was great. He helped us check in. Made us feel comfortable. He treated us like royalty. I feel like I'm at a very expensive private hotel on a beach. Their are shops and food places all around to ear at. Thank you Mario and staff for the best vacation ever.
