I stay at this hotel pretty often and even before the pandemic I would stay here and understand all the new changes, but I do have to say I thought that while this hotel was closed for quiet some time during the pandemic they would freshen up the rooms a bit. The location is great and a lot of mallet hotels have upgraded but I feel like the Hilton Anaheim should have taken the closure as an opportunity to upgrade their rooms. On top of that we had a suite this past weekend and when we arrived there were Bobby pins from previous guests on the floor the table had dust underneath glass. I don’t think the house keeping is doing that great of a job and that might be due to no time to really give the rooms a good clean but I’m not sure if it’s because the rooms are getting outdated and that’s why it looks and feels dirty now or if if it’s just not getting cleaned well. I love the location and amenities just would wish they would bring back the variety of restaurants in the food court

We had an AMAZING 5 - night stay at the Hilton Anaheim!! I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we were really happy with our stay! I loved the proximity to the convention center where my daughter could attend the convention and come and go as she needed during VidCon. I also loved how close we were to Disneyland! We could see the fireworks from the park every night from our room. The beds were super comfy, the fridge worked well, and the room itself was spacious and clean! Housekeeping came in each day and did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and well stocked! The pool bar was fun with delicious drinks! I also really LOVED all of the perks this hotel gave to Hilton Gold/Diamond members! The front desk staff was always quick to answer questions and they worked hard to resolve a minor issue I had with my bill upon checkout. We hope to return to the area again soon and I would most definitely choose to stay at the Hilton Anaheim.

This hotel is a bit dated as far as room and bathroom but it was clean and very convenient. Walk to convention center. Parking is pricey pay per day. Breakfast is additional charge. Starbucks is in the building along with a small food court, lounge, restaurant, and shops. The fresh guacamole in the food court -highly recommended! The fitness center is amazing and out door heated pool and hot tub. There are shuttles to Disney for a small fee per person (day pass).

They have a continental breakfast for a fee, they have room service and they have s restaurant that serves breakfast.
As far as I remember, they do. I stay at so many places, it's tough to keep track, so I'm pretty sure. Check their site to verify.
A lot to do in and outside I'd say definite yes
I didn't see any
Check In starts 2pm-4pm depends on availability. Check out before 12pm, no late check out but bell desk can hold your baggages for 4-6 hours if needed.
Yes
$35+tax per night. Only in single king rooms, not rooms with 2 queen beds.
Sure do
There is a fridge but no microwave.
Get the rooms advertised as Disney/Park Views. They are nice rooms, with panoramic views, and glass floor to ceiling. It's worth it. Any other side, you'll only be able to hear fireworks.
18 years, ID, credit card to put $150-$200 deposit for the room, plus room fees.
As of today on the Hilton app, check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at Noon.
Not free. You can buy tickets from the machine outside the front door and take the shuttle at the green bench outside the Marriott.
I took lift transportation
Yes it does. It runs from 7am to midnight or one hour before the Disneyland Resort opens continuing through one hour after close. If you pay on board exact change is required. You can buy tickets on the ART website and have them delivered to the hotel for free or download the ART Ticketing app. Pricing: 24-hour pass: Adult $5.50, Child (ages 3-9) $2.00 3 day pass: Adult $14.00, Child (ages 3-9) $3.00 (Children 2 & under free) For more information you can check: https://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/california/hilton-anaheim-SNAAHHH/attractions/resort-shuttle.html
Standard rooms: no. On request you can get one or if you upgrade your room.
Hi, yes they have mini fridge
No shuttle service. I recommend Curb (taxi/cab service). Lyft and Uber don't have fixed pricing and will jack up rates when they're in demand or drop you for a closer fare. Save yourself the headache and fly into John Wayne Airport instead of LAX, if you can. Much closer to Anaheim.
I used Uber to get to Newport.
Yes - small one in the closet
Yes! But it's a quick walk across a narrow plaza.
I do not believe that it is pet friendly
I think Hilton also price matches.
Yes but they only allow service animals to stay here. If not service animal then No.
Sorry, but unfortunately the establishment does not.
Yes....
Parking fee is per day with in and out "rights".
Dont walk take the shuttle or uber or Lyft because u have to remember your going to be walking all day at the park and u will be tired when your walking back but it is walking distance
by public bus only $2 and a disney bus would be $3. walking is about a 10-15 minute walk; it's relatively short. uber would be around $6 to and from also.
yes
There are 2 breakfast options at this hotel: 1) Starbucks 2) Mix Grill Restaurant. Starbucks is pretty standard and Mix Grill has 3 further options 1- continental buffet breakfast that run around $12/person 2- full buffet breakfast around $20/person and 3- ala carte breakfast options. Hotel is close to other local restaurants outside hotel also.
Did not have a balcony. Sorry. The stay overall was excellent. Very courteous staff.
The valet wad totally worth it. We were only there for one night and spent most of the time at Disneyland but that hotel is my new favorite. So nice! Not sure how many amenities cost, we didn't use any that were paid for.
Very close to the shuttle to Disneyland. Just walk towards the Woody parking lot from the main entrance and take the free shuttle to the park entrance!
Yes, there are several restaurants in the area... I am not sure about grocery stores, but there is a CVS and Walgreen's closeby...
Yes there is, you can arrange that at the front desk
The Hilton Anaheim absolutely holds packages for a limited amount of time before your arrival!
3rd floor was good
Varies depending on time of year, the size and number of beds, your view, and events in the area. Expect an average of $175 per night.
nothing special, but you can save time buying them from the Disney desk in the lobby instead of in line at the park.
Yes, it's a perfect fit.
