We loved this hotel. It was walking distance to Disneyland and the staff were great and kind. The swimming pool was refreshing. Only had one incident some kids weren't watched very well by their parents and they got into our stuff and moved my son's phone and stepped on my glasses and scratched them up from our lounge chair while we were swimming. Other than that all was well.

We stayed for a last-minute trip to Disneyland. The staff were welcoming and the room was clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. There is a coffee shop downstairs and a small convenience store (cheaper than buying water at the parks!) The rooms were not cleaned daily, but I assume that's a normal thing these days and didn't bother us. My only complaint was that the carpets could use a good shampooing. My little one crawls around and noticed her dirty knees. It's a 15 minute walk to the parks, but the shuttles do stop by the hotel so you could purchases passes to use that instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely use this hotel again.

The good: - complimentary coffee in the morning - close to Disneyland The Bad - Old bedding - Cleanliness of the room - Tried to charge me for parking Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a short Disneyland trip. When we arrived the desk agent was nice and even asked me if I had a preference for what part of the building we wanted to stay in. He asked if I would be parking a vehicle, which I did not. When we got to the room everything looked okay, nothing fancy. After the first night I started to develop a small cough. By day three I had a deep congested cough. After inspecting the bedding it was clear this hotel does not retire old bedding. Looking at the comforter I had doubts it was even laundered. It wasn't fluffy or clean, more like matted down and greasy. Holding it up to a light you can see a lot of darkness in the cushioning, looking like suspected mold. I brought this up to hotel staff and got an apology and one (out of two) comforter replacement. At the end of the stay I got my hotel bill and they tried to charge me for self parking. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I am blown away by the excellent service at this hotel. The front desk staff is so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast staff is amazing, they were so nice to our kids, making them hot chocolate every morning with whipped cream and chocolate drizzled over it, kids loved it! The breakfast is well worth it, great variety, kept clean and well stocked. The walls seem sound proof, usually we have a hard time sleeping with noise from people above or next to us, no problems at this hotel. Super nice pillows, comfortable beds. We liked this location for Disney, the walk was easy, and it was fun to watch the fireworks from the pool. This hotel is well worth the price. We would stay here again. Thank you Hany and staff for making our stay the best we've had in a long time.

Nope, still $20 bucks a night
Yes and yes. Get your ticket inside game room
Yes it will take you there and back for 5$ anytime during the day.
The bar is closed during covid.
Not sure better to check with front desk. I believe it can be done.
$16 self parking and $19 valet parking per day, and as for the other question, our room had fridge and safe, but no microwave
It is a long way from LAX airport. The hotel is close to Disneyland.
Yup. It runs throughout the day and is very convenient
The hotel itself doesn't have a shuttle, but an Anaheim Resort Transit line to Disney & Anaheim Convention Center stops at the door to the hotel lobby, and stops every 20-30 minutes.
Hotels regularly have a shuttle service.
Im pretty sure its the 1 with the couch its called a kings suite i think.....
3pm, but if you ask and the room is ready they may allow you to check in early.
Hi Antonio, They do not have complementary shuttles but the front desk can assist in setting up transportation to and from Universal Studios.
These is a shuttle to the park but it cost $5 per person per day. Not sure on the number, sorry.
Theres a bus for Disney from the hotel but I think I rented a car at LAX
Yes, kids stay free. There is no extra charge for children, but there will be a charge for meals per person.
Yes, that is accurate. However, this particular brand is only served at the grab & go location {the side cafe}
No, there is a fee for parking, but there is nowhere else to park. Most of the spaces are way in the back, so prepare to walk through a labyrinth unless you request a freeway side room. If you're not a Starwood regular, this place may be perfect to you. But if you're a Starwood regular, this hotel will break your little SPG heart. It is so unfamothably deplorable beyond the lobby that it really should have never been part of the brand. The people saying parking is free had rates with parking included, or they got comped for parking. The Marriott site still says parking is NOT free.
You should probably contact the front desk if you have complaints
Super shuttle and they can accommodate large goups 6+. It was $125.00 total, each way for seven people.
Guests only, very central to the lobby, in sight of everyone.
No and this one is not as good as most of sheraton. But u can see firework at the hotel
Should be done soon. They were in the process when we were there but it did not interfere with anything.
Yes, but not for free, you have to pay and you can take as much as you want from the table of breakfast they serve, usually changes daily
Most of the renovations are done, only a few rooms are still being remodeled
Good Day, Breakfast buffet is available for 13.95 each. Thank you
