This hotel is awesome! The room was a great price, one of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed at in the disney area.The walk to the park isn't too bad, maybe 15 minutes? The free breakfast is delicious too! The only downfall was the beds, which was surprising! They're very firm and bouncy, not plush. My back ached after sleeping here 3 nights.

No housekeeping on a 3 day stay? You need to request one - for changing towels and cleaning up the trash? Reason is Covid - which is now old. ridiculous. Charging crazy amount and not keeping enough staff. $26 parking fee per day is ridiculous. Breakfast was not bad, but the quality has slightly deteriorated (no fresh cut fruits). Elevator was painfully slow and every-time the wait felt like eternity. A guest joked that even the wait in Disney was shorter. Positives: convenient location for Disneyland. Neat and clean. Good bed, good shower, clean linens - as expected at a Hyatt Place.

Very lovely stay. The room was really clean and room service came right away when we needed something. The bathroom had a lot of room but there was not any body wash. The quiet hours helped a lot when it comes to noise when your trying to sleep, also our room faced the parking lot and there was not much noise. I felt very safe with needing the key to enter at night, needing it to go up the elevator, going to the gym, etc. The breakfast was delicious and enough to fill me up. We could also see the fire works from disneyland a little bit through the building in front of us. Therefore I loved this hotel and it was a very good experience.

You are right across the street from the toy story parking lot. The rooms are clean and nice. I like the sofa bed. The bathroom is a little tight and wish the rooms had a little kitchen. Very nice, but for the same amount can stay across the street with a mini kitchen and same amenities.
