It is my first time to finance a car. I am so sad to say that this business does take advantage to people. They charge me extra for my insurance and I am so sad right now I want to get out of this business. I am empress that they’re still on business.. customer service is really bad. People here doesn’t seem to like what they’re doing and not only that they can be very rude. I have never come across someone that sound like American. I just want to get out of this mess with this company.. after paying what I need to pay they said they still pick up and take my car.. I will never again.

This is the worst business entity that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything with them is difficult. Making payments online, getting account info, even speaking with a semi pleasant rep…all extremely difficult. If you miss a single payment they will come to repo the car, and charge you nearly $1,000 as a “repo fee” on top of your missed payment amount. They are scammers, so beware. After speaking with multiple reps its clear that they all hate working there. If you have a loan with these degenerates, refinance it with a real bank as fast as you can! Should be called “Dirtbag Financial”

If I can rate them 0 stars I would! They are a JOKE! Even with the pandemic they have no care in the world as long as they get they money. They even charge insurance fees when you have insurance already. They give no lead way this is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! They also repo my car I sent in checks or paid online and somehow it says I’m 2months behind on car note. This is ridiculous! I don’t even want the vehicle no more they can have it I will never do business with them or recommend anyone. I should’ve read the reviews before ANYTHING!

Worst company possible, since the beginning I ask them to send me the bill by mail, they never did. I simply went to their website and got all the information and started sending the check every month, I never failed to pay even in the pandemic. They simply repoed the car claiming I had failed to pay two months.

Call and speak to someone in customer support. The number is on your statement. Not gonna guarantee anything but it doesnt hurt to ask.
well i guess if you are making your payments on time you have no problems but if you do not pay of course they are going to get their money someway
