From the first conversation with Gabriel I was impressed. After our tour I was hooked, my father who turns 83 this month suffers from the early stages of dementia moved in within days. He was confused and scared and almost immediately they made him feel at home. With regular checks on him great food and a wonderful staff. Even the residents seem very happy. God bless you Gabriel, and A huge shout out to A Place For Mom and Sara for directing me here. I feel my dad is in good hands.

DO NOT SEND FAMILY TO LIVE HERE. The staff is iffy. Some are really good and considerate, but most of them are rude, and complain about every little thing! I moved my family member here. And it was the worst mistake i ever made. I trusted them with caring for her. But she tells me any time she calls for help, they get mad at her for having to use the bathroom, or needing help with little things. They make her feel like a burden for bothering them for help! Ive talked to the one of the managers about what my family member told me and she said she would handle it. But she really didnt do anything. Because they continue to mistreat her. There are a few good members of staff there, ive talked to them. And they agree management doesnt do their part in making sure the residents get the care that they deserve. Its not to hard to just listen and care when someone is asking for help. My family member doesnt even like asking for help anymore. She’d rather risk hurting herself or falling rather than asking for help, because shes tired of being belittled by the staff. DO NOT SEND FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! the staff is overworked and management doesnt do a dam thing about any complaints given to them from ANYONE.

I visited my grandmother there many months ago. The place seemed dingy/dirty. My Grandmother's room was horribly dirty & dusty. I would NOT move to this place or have another loved one live here.
