I enjoyed my stay at the Clarion. My room (suite) was huge and it had all the amenities I needed for my time there. The property itself is a bit dated by I thoroughly liked my room. I advise anyone staying to book a suite, the double bed rooms aren't as spacious and don't come with a microwave. I didn't get an opportunity to eat the breakfast, but the group I was with did and they loved it. (breakfast is not complimentary) I will definitely stay there again if visit the area.

Lacks bells and whistles but location works Friendly staff Liked the location. Room itself Good beds. and fast internet Needs improvement. Fitness Center. Washrooms and old safe - key required? Good bang for the buck relative to neighbouring properties if you just need a decent place to sleep

So, customer service was amazing. They were all so nice and helpful. Bella specifically was fantastic. Helped me over the phone multiple times and helped carry our bags out! On the other hand, the hotel is outdated yes, and paying for parking. That comes with the cheap price you pay though. Best thing about this was customer service!

The hotel is older and the last renovation (2011) appears to only have been the common areas as the rooms still scream 70s. They're worn and do not give a comfortable vibe. The bathrooms are small and cramped, the toilets leak and use WAY too much water. The tub is miserable and the sink area is just.... No. The staff make up for the poor ambiance ten fold, however. They were amazingly nice, friendly, and sincere. The breakfast guy was a little on edge about how perfect his dining room was. But he was also nice, I appreciate a clean space to enjoy breakfast. Although, I was not impressed with the breakfast. It taste to microwaved bags and wasn't worth the added cost. It is a cheap way to avoid over spending on breakfast at the Disneyland Resort though. Even with the nice close proximity to Disneyland and having an additional ART stop right in front, this hotel will likely not be seeing a return until it's renovated in whole.

Yes absolutely anything from CVS, Walgreens, Restaurants,. The Hyatt right by the Convention Center: Has a very nice comfy atmospheric Starbucks.

No, I believe parking came with our stay. Make sure to go inside and get your ticket prior to trying to park.

Yes, they have a fridge. One of the very typical small ones with the tiny freezer section. We'll normally freeze water in there for the next day at the park. Might want to bring ziplock bags because if you order pizza the box won't fit.
They are 2 big blocks if you have small probably at night when leaving it is complicated if you are very tired you will have to load them.
If you have a Visa logo on any debit card your good to go. Just let any hotel know you will pay the end of your visit in cash.
Yes it is 4pm but they will let you check in earlier if you want a bottom floor room. I got there at 2pm and they could put me on bottom floor. I waited got top floor and could watch fireworks with my kids on 8th floor

Yes and no, if you walk across the street to the toy story parking lot you can walk onto the shuttles WITHOUT having to pay for parking, it's what I do every time I stay in the area. Plus those shuttles run around the clock so no waiting 20 minutes or longer on a shuttle from a hotel.
I was there with a party of 12, we did see some roaches but that was the least of the problems we encountered.
Uber is a great way to go
