Yes and no, if you walk across the street to the toy story parking lot you can walk onto the shuttles WITHOUT having to pay for parking, it's what I do every time I stay in the area. Plus those shuttles run around the clock so no waiting 20 minutes or longer on a shuttle from a hotel.
I did see where you could purchase a pass Inside the Hotel. I do agree with Jeremy, I think Uber would be cheaper because it's not too far away

Yes there is a shuttle, there is a fee for the shuttle, we didn't use the shuttle so I'm unable to provide with the price
To my understanding there is. I was told that it is 5 dollars for a adult all day pass and 2 dollars for kids.
No but there is city transportation available close by. However if you have more than 3 people in your party it would be more cost-effective to drive in and pay for parking.
