This was our second time staying at this location. It was perfect for our family of four with an 8 and 4 yo. They loved the water park and we got to watch the Disneyland fireworks from the pool deck. The service was amazing and they even let me put an ice cream cake in a freezer til we were ready for it. The bunk beds in the room were a hit with the kiddos and we loved having a mini fridge and a full size lunch table with a booth. We took the 10 minute walk to the Park entrance and it was great!

We booked this hotel for my daughter’s 10th birthday to Disneyland and it was amazing! The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the water park is great (more than one pool and a jacuzzi). I love the fact it’s right outside the Disneyland entrance. It feels very upscale like you would get if staying inside Disney resorts, yet it’s a much better deal and is family oriented.

We stayed here for a Disneyland trip with our five-year old daughter. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It's about a 5 minute walk to the bag check line, 10 minutes from the hotel and you're in the park. We enjoyed hitting the park early, leaving mid-day for the pool and heading back into the park in the early evening. The water park was a big hit, our daughter may have liked it more than Disney. The lifeguards are great at their jobs! The food in the bistro was tasty and convenient. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. But they do rattle due to the safety locks. I appreciate the hotel was adequately staffed. All in all a great hotel.

We loved our stay. My son said that is the only place he wants to stay when we come to Disneyland. The water park was the best amenity during our downtime. Oh and he LOVED the bunk beds. So fun. We loved the proximity to the park. Such an easy walk. The staff was amazing and we will be back!

Yes, and if you forget anything they have if you forget something, they have courtesy items if you call the front desk. They are very accommodating comma clean and courteous. I will definitely go there again.

Powder. But I'm sure you could also use pods if you have them. We purchased a little box of the powder from the sundries store in the lobby.
Unfortunately, no. The hotel only offers valet parking. There is no self parking at all, even for guests. I'm sure this is because it is so close to the Disneyland entrance.
Dont use Karmel Shuttle!!! Uber or Super Shuttle. Have a GREAT TIME! This is our new fav hotel!!!
Yes. Come and go as much as you like. You can call ahead before leaving your room to give them a head start. Always very prompt.
I do not remember the mini fridge having a freezer. Almost certain it was just a typical hotel fridge.
Yes, the hotel has shuttle service to and from Disneyland and it is offered by Anaheim Resort Transportation for a fee. Most guests walk across the street to the Disneyland Resort and it takes no more than 8 - 10 minutes. Riding the shuttle can take up to 20 minutes due to making other stops.
I would still recommend this place, everything else about it is awesome. The service is on par or better than Disneyland.
Pool is heated, though not a ton. We went to the pool twice in late November and while it was cool at first, we acclimated.
$26.00 A day. Valet parking only. Our valet experience during check-in was very rude (older gentlemen) The younger staff were very helpful and apologetic for his shortcomings.
Breakfast does not come standard. They do have a Bistro in the lobby that has breakfast options and espresso drinks.

There is no deposit. You give them a CC number to hold the reservation. If you don't cancel by like 3 days prior to the reservation they may charge you a day if you don't go.

Talk to the front desk. They require a green wristband for use of the pool, but they might give extra if you ask. I did see them kick people out of the pool area because they didn't have wristbands, so it is inforced.
Check in is at 3p.m., but you can request an earlier time. The Marriott app is a great way to do this.
Yes, guest laundry rooms are located on the 2nd and 4th floor. It's $2 to wash and dry. You can ask the hotel staff for quarters. They have 4 washers and dryers per room.
10pm, don’t bother trying to get to sleep early... loud pool guests will keep you awake :)
