I don't know if you're familiar with Lyft and uber but, they're a great way to get around LA. Travelers tip, use Lyft for short distances and uber for longer distances. Have fun!
Universal is not close at all, so no shuttle to there, no. If you want to go to Disneyland, there is a paid shuttle in the area that goes to several resorts, but it's only a 12 minute walk to the entrance. That's the better option if you're able.
No, not to Universal Studios. Personally I loved this hotel! We took Uber to Universal Studios, which I prefer.
No there is not. We took a Lyft for under $50 which is very good considering the distance. Four Points Anaheim is in a great location for a Disney visit but it's a horrible property.

The hotel it self does not. But there is a privately run shuttle/bus that stops there and takes you to Disneyland. I believe it's $5 to $10 per person.
