I have always gotten my best price for a pump out however they let me down on a new system. They did a site survey and just returned my money and left me guessing why? I eventually found out after several calls that it was because of access to the main drain pipe. Never helped me to figure out what my options were.

Terrible business. As soon as you sign their contract, their entire demeanor changes from nice to IDGAF. I hired them a couple years back to replace a septic system. Their workers were kind and worked hard, but management was totally incapable. They undersized the pump in the pump tank, they undersized the drain field. They miscalculated the labor hours to remove a tree stump. Then they left the job unfinished for a month with a huge hole in my yard where the drain field was to go. They finished the job in-between their other jobs and treated us like 3rd rate citizens. In the end they charged $3k+ more then they put on the quote I signed. I should have let them take me to court for it but couldn't find the contract until later on. Terrible company. Should be a crime to let people like this run a business. In response to your response. I did not write the review afterward because I was considering legal action and did not want to muddy the waters. However $3k is not enough to hire a lawyer over as it would have cost more in litigation fees than the dispute. I also wanted a cooler head prior to writing anything and waited long enough to forget about writing the review. Today I looked up other companies to clean the septic tank and remembered I hadn't left the review. How you treat people matters, and people should know that coastal septic has a history of treating their customers like the poo in the tanks they clean. I also have the original contract with the original price along with the complaint sent to the BBB, so a reminder of what we agreed upon prior to you threatening to remove your workers if I didn't agree to your new terms is not necessary.

ATTENTION MILITARY VETERANS.... Their office staff is disrespectful and unpleasant to deal with. Scheduling lady Terie incompetents' will lead to confusion and ultimately not giving you an accurate date and time for scheduling. This woman will flat out lie without any hesitation. She will admittedly deny any mistakes and blame it on something you did not say. Rhonda the "admin assistance" is another gem to deal with. Over talker, extremely rude and will hang up on you if you disagree with anything she says. Although they offer military discounts & and may look attractive because of this, it is not worth the service in my opinion. I find the office admins demeanor speaks volumes of a company I don't want to deal with. I hope the owner is reading this... Their mission statement says you are considered "family" Really? If your office staff is what you consider family, then I don't want any part of it! And you mention treating people in a Godly perspective or as a Christian? Maybe these two women need to repent? The best family I had the pleasure to serve with are my fellow veterans and I hope they go somewhere else. They are my family and you costal do not deserve the privilege of having their business. You think offering up a discount for veterans is appreciated without the kindness and respect to go along with it? Treating people with kindness & respect is way more valuable than any of your veteran discounts! Keep it! You do not deserve my $$. Costal you will not get my business! All veterans steer clear of this company!

Very professional staff, competitively prices, very respectful and knowledgable field service technicians. I will look no further than Coastal Septic for all of my septic service needs as a future resident of Cocoa, FL.
