They were one of the only services around Brevard country that could come same day. We thought we had a septic overfill, but it turned out to be a block off of one bathroom. The crew came within a few hours but you do have to pay an extra $100 service fee for the emergency same day visit. I was a bit bummed when they could not offer to clear the blockage as was indicated on the phone with the associate. They will help you diagnose a blockage but not clear it. Be prepared with a snake or plunger should that be an issue or call a regular plumber first. At least the tank was emptied which it likely would have needed in the future anyway. I would call them again if in such a need.
